For the factory floor, the source material covers mobile data collection, on-site inventory checks, production and efficiency information, integration with single-spindle monitoring and machine-networking systems, and electronic workshop displays for production management.

Standard cotton-blending and machine-process versions can be maintained within the system, helping teams record process changes and preserve established operating knowledge. Warehouse functions cover raw cotton and yarn receiving, storage, inventory and dispatch through bin-location management and mobile terminals.

The system also supports the analysis of material loss, production output, quality, procurement, inventory ageing, workshop capacity and maintenance information. These operational records provide a basis for management review, scheduling and continuous process improvement.
