After leaving public service in 2001, Fan Min founded Huansi in 2002 with the aim of helping textile and apparel enterprises advance through information technology and digital transformation.

His earlier work included roles in China’s textile-industry administration and participation in price-and-tax, foreign-trade and state-owned-enterprise reform. He holds a master’s degree in management from Beijing Institute of Technology.

Yuan Junjing is Vice Chairman of the Textile Industrial Internet Alliance and has spent more than 20 years focused on industry digitalisation.

His experience includes work with Esquel Group’s IT department and participation in digital-transformation projects for textile and apparel enterprises including Erdos, Shenghong Group, Anhui Huamao, Black Peony, Shandong Ruyi, Youngor and Jialinjie.

Xia Maowei works across the textile and apparel value chain, with experience spanning spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, garment production, planning, design, R&D and bulk-order production.

His advisory work includes strategy, process design, business restructuring, organisational development and IT/DT planning, with particular attention to data-led product development and apparel supply-chain collaboration.

Tao Zhangmu has more than 15 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise digitalisation and intelligent-transformation programmes, including the management of IT teams and complex project delivery.

His work also includes production and operations management, financial management and projects across the United States, Hong Kong, Indonesia, West Africa, Southeast Asia and Central Asia. He was named one of China’s Top Ten CIOs in the textile industry in 2021.

Zhuo Guosen has more than 20 years of experience in textile information systems and digitalisation, covering spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, and garment operations. His focus includes group-project management, APS, supply-chain collaboration and industrial-internet platforms.

He has led or contributed to digital-transformation programmes for organisations including Esquel, Youngor, Shenghong Group, Jifa Group and Luolai Home Textiles, as well as supply-chain integration work involving Decathlon and UNIQLO.

Xiao Defang graduated in textile engineering from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University in 1995. His career includes close to 20 years in fabric weaving, garment manufacturing and printing and dyeing, followed by 10 years in textile digitalisation.

His work includes early intelligent-factory initiatives in the printing-and-dyeing sector and ongoing projects for textile and apparel enterprises including Tyson Textile, Jifa Group, Jialinjie Textile and Tamus.
